Our standards

Editorial policy

What you can expect from every article on Wellmarrow.

Last updated October 2026

Accuracy and evidence

We base articles on published research and official health guidance, describe how strong the evidence is, and avoid exaggerated claims. We do not promise cures, and we do not invent studies, figures, quotes or personal experiences.

Expert review

Health guidance can be reviewed by qualified professionals. A reviewed article names its reviewer, their credentials and the review date. Our medical review process explains what they check.

Transparency

  • Every article shows who wrote it, when it was published and when it was last updated.
  • Sources are listed at the end of the article with links.
  • Articles with affiliate links say so before the text starts.
  • Advertisements are labelled “Advertisement” and kept apart from the article text.

Independence

Advertisers and affiliate partners cannot buy coverage, approve articles or change what we write. We do not accept payment for positive mentions. See our advertising and affiliate disclosure.

Corrections

If you spot an error, email contact@wellmarrow.com. We review every report and update the article when a correction is needed.

Comments

Comments are moderated. We remove spam, promotion, personal attacks and dangerous health advice.
